Four Measures for Emergency Rescue Management in Songyang County

In order to standardize, scientifically and effectively carry out emergency rescue work, ensure the safety of people's lives and property, and create a safe and stable working and living environment throughout the county, the Songyang County Emergency Bureau has taken four measures to solidly carry out emergency rescue management work to prevent accidents and disasters.

1、 Construction of top-level rescue teams. The Emergency Management Bureau, social organizations, and various townships jointly formed 22 emergency rescue teams, totaling more than 570 people. The team is mainly composed of various townships and streets, and is planned and dispatched by the Emergency Management Bureau to implement real-time dynamic management. The team is equipped with equipment and rescue supplies worth about 4.7 million yuan, and is a mobile unit with comprehensive capabilities in flood prevention, fire prevention, and emergency rescue. The next step will be to promote and implement it throughout the county, absorbing emergency rescue teams from various departments and units, and forming a comprehensive emergency rescue network from point to surface.

2、 Coordinate and plan the compilation of contingency plans. Improve and revise the "Overall Emergency Plan for Sudden Incidents in Songyang County" and 37 special emergency plans for flood control, drought resistance, fire prevention, etc., and improve the conditions and response measures for different types of special emergency rescue. Make the special emergency plan cover a wider, more comprehensive, and deeper scope. At the same time, we will concentrate on compiling various emergency response plans, writing scripts, and organizing desktop simulations in a timely manner to promote the effective connection between emergency plans and actual emergency rescue capabilities.

3、 Collaborate and organize emergency drills. On July 15th this year, the Emergency Management Bureau of Songyang County, in collaboration with the Emergency Management Bureau of Lishui City, conducted a special limited space emergency rescue drill at Zhejiang Xinchuang Taiye Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., training more than 400 employees.

4、 Standardize the scientific submission of emergency information. Improve the standards for on duty work of the Emergency Management Bureau, strengthen the management of the 24-hour administrative duty system, ensure that at least 2 personnel are on duty online throughout the entire time period, strictly implement the emergency information reporting system, and ensure that in the event of an emergency, emergency response can be carried out quickly and effectively, and relevant information can be reported in a timely and accurate manner.
