Zhejiang Xinchuang Taiye Stainless Steel Co., Ltd，located in Song Yang County, Lishui City, was established in 2020 and put into operation in 2022. The company covers an area of approximately180 acres with an investment of 350 million RMB. It currently employs about 400 employees, which is one of the large-scale domestic manufacturers of stainless steel seamless pipes, specializing in the manufacturing, processing, testing, and sales of stainless steel seamless pipes.
The company specializes in the production and sales of products such as the stainless steel seamless pipes with a diameter of φ10-630 mm and a wall thickness of φ3-25 mm. The steel grades that can be produced include 304, 304L, 316L, 2205, and 2507. Currently, Xinchuang has the annual production capacity of 120,000 tons of stainless steel seamless pipes and can produce customized products according to the requirements of domestic and foreign customers in accordance with standards such as GB, ASTM, JIS, and DIN.
The testing center was completed and put into operation in 2023, and can provide customers at home and abroad with physical and chemical testing (tensile tests, chemical composition analysis, impact tests, metallographic tests, intergranular corrosion tests), non-destructive testing (eddy current ET, ultrasonic UT) for pipes with a diameter of 168-630mm, and water pressure testing for pipes with a diameter of 108-630mm. The company will uphold the company spirit of "Studying the sky and pursuing the perfection" and work together with domestic and foreign customers to achieve common growth and win-win results.
